Grazing mites under phosphorus depletion

MSc Internship at Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands

2019-2020

In my first master’s internship, I participated in a research project that looked into how depletion of phosphorus level in the diet effects development of Oribatid mites. The hampered effect from depleted phosphorous level were clear and showed dependency in their development, while it does not selectively feed a diet with high phosphorous level when provided.
